Disruption To Kildare Train Saturday Services

Iarnrod Eireann carrying out Engineering Works between Sallins and Kildare

Train users are being warned that Iarnrod Eireann are carrying out Engineering Works between Sallins and Kildare Town today  Saturday 27th August

The line improvement works will lead to a number of service alterations and amendments between Heuston and Portlaoise this afternoon and this evening.

The following alterations and amendments will take place:

16:20 Heuston to Portlaoise will operate in an altered path
17:27 Heuston to Portlaoise is deferred to 17:35 and will operate to Hazelhatch only, bus transfers from Hazelhatch to Sallins, Newbridge, Kildare, Monasterevin, Portarlington and Portlaoise, second bus transfer from Hazelhatch to Kildare, Portarlington and Portlaoise
18:25 Heuston to Portlaoise is deferred to 18:35 and will operate to Hazelhatch only, bus transfers from Hazelhatch to Sallins, Newbridge, Kildare, Monasterevin, Portarlington and Portlaoise, second bus transfer from Hazelhatch to Kildare, Portarlington and Portlaoise
19:45 Heuston to Portlaoise will operate to Hazelhatch only, bus transfers from Hazelhatch to Sallins, Newbridge, Kildare, Monasterevin, Portarlington and Portlaoise, second bus transfer from Hazelhatch to Kildare, Portarlington and Portlaoise
20:15 Heuston to Kildare is cancelled
21:05 Heuston to Portlaoise will operate to Hazelhatch only, bus transfers from Hazelhatch to Sallins, Newbridge, Kildare, Monasterevin, Portarlington and Portlaoise, second bus transfer from Hazelhatch to Kildare, Portarlington and Portlaoise

16:25 Portlaoise to Heuston will commence from Hazelhatch at 18:00 and will operate in an altered path
17:25 Portlaoise to Heuston will be bus transfers from Portarlington to Kildare and Heuston, second bus transfer from Monasterevin to Kildare, Newbridge, Sallins and Hazelhatch, train at 19:08 from Hazelhatch to Heuston
18:28 Portlaoise to Heuston will be bus transfers from Portarlington to Kildare and Heuston, second bus transfer from Monasterevin to Kildare, Newbridge, Sallins and Hazelhatch, train at 20:20 from Hazelhatch to Heuston
