Driver Arrested By Naas Roads Policing Unit.

A driver has been arrested for speeding in Kildare

Naas Roads Policing Unit detected the motorist driving their car at 165 kilometres per hour on the N7 "in heavy traffic"

The car was stopped & the driver was detained.

Gardai say proceedings are to follow.

Naas Roads Policing Unit were conducting a speed check today when they found this motorist travelling at 165kph in a 100kph zone while in heavy traffic.

The car was stopped & the driver was arrested.
