A driver in Kildare has been arrested following a failed roadside drugs test.
The driver was detected by Naas Roads Policing Unit travelling at 131kph in a 100kph zone.
They were stopped & subsequently tested positive for cocaine.
Gardai say proceedings are now to follow.

In a separate operation, Naas Roads Policing Unit have seized a vehicle.
The motorist was found to be using their phone while driving on the M7.
They were stopped & it was found that they were an unaccompanied Learner with no L-plates displayed.
The car was seized & fines and penalty points issued.
