The incident occurred in Prosperous, when a vehicle failed to stop for gardaí
Gardaí in Prosperous recently dealt with a vehicle that failed to stop, resulting in a crash that left the car overturned.
The driver was found to be drunk and had no driving licence, but was uninjured.
The car had no NCT or tax.
An Garda Síochána Kildare reported that alcohol was a major factor.

”Speed and bravado don’t equal skill. Slow down. Stay sober. Make it home”, wrote gardaí on Facebook.
The driver was arrested and charged with drink driving and dangerous driving.
The vehicle was impounded.
A court appearance is pending.
