The dog was handed over to the local authority Dog Warden.
Two people were brought to hospital on Wednesday after an incident involving a dog on Main Street in Enfield.
It happened at around 1:20 pm.
A female in her 40s and a male in his 20s were brought to Connolly Hospital, Blanchardstown for treatment of minor injuries.
The dog was handed over to the local authority Dog Warden.
