An exhibition has been announced for historical paintings which were once displayed in the old Town Hall in Naas.
The paintings depicting historical scenes, are by the late Richard Butler.
Kildare County Council confirmed that "following some required conservation work to the paintings", preparations are underway for an exhibition of the paintings at Naas Library and Cultural Centre later this year.
The Richard Butler Exhibition will take place from Monday, 21st of September to Monday, 28th of September 2026.
The official exhibition launch event is planned for the evening of Monday, 21 September.
