Gardaí are appealing to anyone with information to come forward
Gardaí are investigating an alleged assault on a woman in Dublin after the taxi driver claimed she was punched more than twenty times.
The woman was left with serious injuries.
This assault is alleged to have happened outside a house in Lucan shortly after midnight on Monday.
A female taxi driver told the Irish Independent she was repeatedly punched in the face and hit more than 20 times after she confronted a passenger who had refused to pay his fare after being dropped home.
Gardaí say they're investigating the alleged assault and that the woman sought medical help for serious but non life threatening injuries.
