The remaining 12 units are expected to be delivered by the end of June.
Kildare County Council's has confirmed the time-frame for delivery of the Respond Homes in Flinter's Field in Athy.
It follows a query brought forward by Fianna Fail Councillor and Athy MD Cathaoirleach, Brian Dooley.
The time-frame for the delivery of these units is as follows:
• First 23 units are expected to be delivered by late February.
• Remaining 12 units are expected to be delivered by the end of Quarter 2 2023.
Kildare County Council did however state that these delivery dates are "approximate, and are dependent on there being no delays caused by adverse weather conditions, utility connection, resources etc."
