A former Athy resident, father of three, who allegedly exposed himself and performed a sexual acts in front of a group of young girls playing near their homes in Dublin earlier this year, has been remanded on continuing bail.
48 years old Mark Dolan, formerly of Ardrew Heights, Dún Brinn, Athy, is accused of exposing himself and masturbating in front of young girls on May 6th this year
When he appeared at the Dublin District Court in May, an order preventing the media from identifying him was imposed.
However, it was subsequently lifted following a legal challenge by RTÉ last month.
Judge Treasa Kelly heard today that gardaí needed more time to get the DPP's directions.
Mr Dolan has not indicated a plea.
Mr Dolan must sign on daily at a garda station, obey a 9pm to 6am curfew, and has had to surrender his passport.
He was also warned to stay away from the neighbourhood where the incident allegedly happened.
