The funding has been allocated to the two successful Kildare projects under the 2026 Agri-Food Tourism programme
Funding has been announced for two agri-food tourism projects in Kildare.
The National Stud in Kildare Town has been allocated €17,500 and €12,800 has been allocated to Kildare County Council for Athy Market.
The announcement was made by Kildare South Fine Gael TD, and Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine, Martin Heydon.
The funding is a part of the 2026 Rural Innovation and Development Fund operated by the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine.
