Garda Appeal After Distinctive Yamaha Stolen In Athy

Two males, dressed in dark padded jackets, dark clothing, and balaclavas, were seen breaking the lock before pushing the motorcycle away.

Gardaí in Athy are investigating the theft of a distinctive Yamaha MT07 motorcycle in the early hours of Saturday, August 9th.

The bike was stolen from Dun Brinn, Athy, at around 2:40am.

Two males, dressed in dark padded jackets, dark clothing, and balaclavas, were seen breaking the lock before pushing the motorcycle away.

The Yamaha has a black carbon fibre frame, reflective lettering under the pillion seat, brown paint on the exhaust, and a blue mobile phone holder on the left handlebar.

The registration begins with 14-CE.

Anyone with information, or who has spotted this motorcycle, is urged to contact Athy Garda Station on 059 863 4210.
