In one incident, a man woke up to discover someone was in his home.
Gardai are investigating a string of burglaries and a robbery that occurred across the county over a single day.
The incidents have sparked concerns among residents.
Yesterday, a woman was robbed in Lourdesville in Kildare Town at 6:00 PM.
She was knocked to the ground and may have been unconscious for a time.
Her bag was stolen and she was treated at Naas General hospital.
Earlier that same day, at 4:50 AM, a burglary occurred in Hartwell Green in Kill.
A male acting suspiciously tried to access a premises but was disturbed and fled the area before Gardai arrived.
This was followed by another break-in at 5:00 AM in Kilteel Upper just 10 minutes later.
The occupant of the home woke up to find someone in their home who again fled when they were disturbed.
Furthermore, between 4:30 AM and 5:10 AM on the same day, another burglary occurred in the South of the county on the Carlow Road in Athy.
In that incident, a male and woman dressed in dark clothing were seen entering the Further Education building.
They left with an "interactive touch screen".
