Gardaí are investigating an aggravated burglary in Carlow in which a man in his 60s was seriously injured.
It happened on Saturday at around 11pm in the Sleaty Street area of Graiguecullen.
Three men broke into the man's homes and took a sum of money before fleeing in a car.
Gardaí are particularly interested in information on a white Opel or Vauxhall Insignia type car seen in the area at this time.
They are appealing for witnesses, and anyone with information can contact Carlow Garda Station, the Garda Confidential Line or any Garda Station.
Any road users who may have camera footage (including dash-cam) who were in the Duggan Avenue and Sleaty Street area of Graiguecullen between 10:45pm and 11:30pm on the 2nd July 2022 are being asked to come forward.
