Gardaí in Celbridge are looking for information in relation to an assault and theft.
The incident happened on Sunday 1st October in Primrose Hill, Hazelhatch Road, Celbridge at 19:40.
A male was walking home when he was approached by the suspect who demanded his wallet.
The suspect grabbed the male by his jacket, who began searching his pockets for his wallet, when the suspect punched him in the face.
The injured party fell against a wall, and then got up fled the scene.
The suspect is described as being in his 30s, white, with a Dublin accent.
He/She was wearing a grey snood, navy puffer jacket, and grey tracksuit bottoms.
