The incident occurred in the early hours of this morning.
Gardaí in Naas are investigating a serious assault early this morning in Robertstown, in County Kildare.
A man in his 30s was attacked and injured at a residence at Father Murphy Park, at around 2.30am.
He's been taken to Tallaght University Hospital where he is currently in a stable condition.
The scene is preserved for technical examination and gardai are looking for witnesses.
No arrests have been made, and investigations are ongoing.
