The burglaries took place in the early hours of Easter Sunday morning
Gardaí are investigating burglaries of Lams Takeaway and Jamesy Cabs on main street Kilcullen.
The burglaries took place between 4am and 4:30am on Easter Sunday morning.
CCTV footage has confirmed that both incidents were carried out by the same suspects.
Speaking earlier on Kildare Today, Lennie Donlon of Kilcock Garda Station explained the link between the two crimes.
The incident at Lams Takeaway occurred between 4am and 4:30am.
The front door of the business was forced open and the shop was entered, the till insert of the cash register was then removed from the till whih contained a quantity of cash.
The other incident at Jamesy Cabs Kilcullen occurred between 4am and 4:05am.
The front door of the taxi office was forced open.
Gardaí are appealing to anyone who noticed any person or vehicle acting suspicious on the main street of Kilcullen between 4am and 4:30am on Sunday April 5th or with any dashcam footage that may assist Gardaí to contact Kilcullen Garda Station on 045 481212.
