In both incidents, multiple items were stolen.
A house was burgled in Kilcullen on Sunday between the hours of 10am and 2pm.
Speaking on Kildare today, Garda Seán O’Mahony said that after returning home yesterday, the homeowner reported that her rear window had been forced open and jewellery had been stolen.
Gardai are appealing to anyone who witnessed anything suspicious between Sunday and Tuesday on the Naas road in Kilcullen to contact Kilcullen Garda station.
Separately, a home located in Maryville, Kildare town was ransacked on the 25th of April between the hours of 3pm and 11pm.
After returning home, the owner reported that their home had been entered.
The owner reported multiple items stolen and extensive damage to the home.
Gardai are appealing to anyone present around Maryville on Friday, April 25th, to contact Kildare Garda Station.
