Sports cars, designer clothes and watches also seized.
Gardaí have arrested a man after over €100,000 worth of drugs was seized in Newbridge last night.
The drugs were discovered after Gardaí attempted to stop a vehicle and their patrol car was struck head-on at around 10.30 pm.
The driver and front passenger fled the scene on foot, but a back seat passenger was arrested and taken to a Garda station in Kildare.
The male, aged in his late 20s, is being detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984.
Cocaine, ecstacy and MDMA drugs were located in the vehicle along with €2,000 in cash.
A follow up search was conducted at residential property in Newbridge in the early hours of this morning.
Cocaine and cannabis drugs with an estimated street value of €77,000 was seized along with 4 sports cars, designer clothes and watches.
All the drugs seized will be sent to Forensic Science Ireland for analysis.
