Gardaí say the interceptions prevented the drugs from reaching the wider market, which could have placed significant pressure on emergency and medical services.
A large quantity of illegal drugs were seized by Gardaí at the District X festival at Palmerstown House Estate over the weekend of Friday 19th and Saturday 20th September.
Speaking to Kfm, Garda Chris Fallon said the operation saw a strong Garda presence at the event, with multiple seizures carried out.
Gardaí say the interceptions prevented the drugs from reaching the wider market, which could have placed significant pressure on emergency and medical services.
