The Low R No Alcohol Challenge is a FREE challenge taking place in Kildare and it will begin in late February.
It requires participants to Go Alcohol Free for a duration of time, but a minimum of 28 days.
Participants can also reduce their drinking to meet the Low-Risk Guidelines
It is free and will run for 4 weeks, the programme includes access to:
Circuit Training Classes will be taking place in Naas and Newbridge.
The classes will be provided by Mick Mulcahy Fitness, free of charge.
Sunday morning walks will take place on the Curragh
A resource book with plenty of tips and techniques, also free of charge .
