The average price of a home in Kildare has risen to €455,000, according to the latest Daft.ie House Price Report.
A typical three-bedroom semi-detached house in the county now costs €405,000, seven percent higher than a year ago.

Apartments in Kildare have also surged in value, with two-bed units priced at €285,000, an increase of more than nine percent, and three-bed apartments now at €398,000, almost eighteen percent higher than last year.
