INMO: 23 People On Trolleys At Naas General Hospital.

Its the highest such figure in Leinster.

There's been an increase of almost 50% in the number of people on trolleys at Naas General Hospital.

The Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation reported 15 patients without beds in the Emergency Dept. on Friday.

That has increased to 23, today, and is the highest such figure in Leinster

Nationwide, there are 460 people on trolleys.

Over-crowding is most acute at University Hospital, Limerick, where 67  patients are on gurneys.
