INMO: 400% Increase In Number Of People On Trolleys At Naas.

Nationally, 343 admitted patients are waiting for beds this morning.

There's been a fourfold increase in the number of patients on trolleys at Naas General Hospital over the weekend.

The Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation says that, on Friday, there were 4 people without beds in the ED.

That's increased to 16, today.

Nationally, 343 admitted patients are waiting for beds this morning.

263 patients are waiting in the emergency department, while 80 are in wards elsewhere in the hospital.

University Hospital, Limerick is the most over-crowded hospital in Ireland, with 49 people on trolleys.
