Cork University Hospital is the most over-crowded in Ireland - 45 people are on trolleys there today.
There's been a dramatic reduction, of 75%, in the number of people on trolleys at Naas General.
The INMO says 20 patients were on gurneys in the Emergency Dept. yesterday.
That has fallen to 5, today.
Nationally, 343 people are being treated on gurneys.
