Irish Water is seeking permission for compulsory purchase of lands to facilitate a project in Kildare.
The scheme is the Kilcock Kildare Network Extension, and the lands the firm wants to CPO are in Boycetown, Kilcock.
An Bord Pleanala, which is adjudicating on the application, is scheduled to issue a decision on November 15th.
