It lay idle for over a decade, and was subsequently accorded to Cluid Housing Agency, following a tender process.
Two separate feasibility studies have been conducted on the site, most recently last year
Up to 24 homes are to be delivered there
Fine Gael Cllr. Joe Neville, raised the matter at the October meeting of the Celbridge Leixlip Municipal District.
He says KCC's response is disappointing.
