Kildare County Council was due to issue a decision yesterday on Thoval Properties Limited proposal for 87 homes on a 3.6 hectare site in Kildare and Whitelands East.
Its application for planning permission includes a creche.
KCC has requested additional information, including on revised drawings of dwelling layout, vehicular access to the site, and information on flooding assessments.

"development on lands measuring approximately 3.6 Hectares east of the R415 in the Townlands of Kildare and Whitelands East. The development involves 87 homes and a creche. The 87 homes consist of 47 number 3-bed semi-detached 2-storey houses; 12 number 2-bed mid-terrace 2-storey houses; 21 number 3-bed end of terrace 2-storey houses; 1 number 4-bed semi-detached 2-storey house; 3 number end of terrace 4-bed 2-storey houses; 3 number 4-bed detached 2-storey homes and a 228m2 single storey creche; All associated site development works
