It has tendered the contract for "suitably qualified and experienced consultants" to create the protocol.
The council says it must " address the County’s turbary areas and draw together opportunities associated with the Just Transition Framework for the wider Midlands Region, the National Territorial Just Transition Plan and the impetus for the Transition to Low Carbon Economy. "
The contract includes market and economic research; polling and statistics services, education and training services, community action programming, civic betterment and community facility support services
The deadline for responses is June 25th.
