Kildare County Council have given an update on applications for a new scheme allowing people to buy land plots at a discounted rate in Clogherinkoe.

The Serviced Sites Scheme (also known nationally as the Ready to Build Scheme) provides discounted, infrastructure-ready local authority plots for individual looking to build their own primary home.
KCC says it has received "very little communication" from prospective applicants so far, following the launch of advertising on 31 July.
The portal had been opened on 12 August initially for three weeks, but has now been extended until 31 December.
There has been a total of 10 applications, two of which are complete; however, one application does not fit the requirements.
Eight applications are in draft including six applications which are 9 per cent complete.
Speaking on Kildare Today, Fine Gael Councillor for Clane-Maynooth MD William Durkan said the scheme is a "really good opportunity" for people in the area:
"It's a really good opportunity in a lot of cases for people who live within 10km of Clogherinkoe, and are looking for an affordable housing option that's there.
"It's a particularly good opportunity for younger people or maybe older people who want to live in a village setting, or people in that area looking at selling a house."
Cllr Durkan also alluded to the "good value" of the scheme for the 1/3 of an acre sites going for sale at €45,000, "significantly less" than the market value of €70,000.
