The project is aimed at improving access and usability for all passengers across the station.
Iarnród Éireann has completed a key phase of upgrade works at Maynooth Train Station, with a new footbridge and two 13-person lifts now in place. The development is part of a broader accessibility overhaul due for completion in winter 2025.
Other planned improvements include platform repairs, upgraded lighting on pedestrian walkways, redesigned accessible parking, enhanced signage, and modernised ticket office and toilet facilities.
