Part-time: 3 days a week: Tues to Thurs inclusive
Based in the Kfm Broadcast Centre, M7 Business Park, Newhall, Naas.
Responsibilities
Payroll, Sales invoices, accounts payable, accounts receivable, data entry & retrieval, generation of sales revenue reports, bank reconciliation and timely resolving of accounts queries.
Requirements:
Accounts Assistant
- Appropriate Accounts Qualification and Experience in a similar position
- Have Sage, and MS Office experience.
- Liaising with Sales Dept and company Management
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to deal with new technology.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Strong Excel and MS Word skills.
- Admin duties: Reception, inventory ordering etc
