A milkshake blender with a foul odour, raw chicken left on various surfaces, and no evidence of a food safety culture were some of the reasons food businesses were told to close their doors.
The Food Safety Authority of Ireland ordered the closure of five businesses in October, with the enforcement orders issued by Environmental Health Officers in the HSE.
