Kildare Biodiversity Week has been launched for 2026.
It runs from today (May 15th) until Sunday May 24th.
The week-long programme celebrates the wildlife and habitats across the county and offers an open invitation to everyone to explore, learn about and take action for local biodiversity.
Kfm will be playing a series of audio documentaries on the Kildare Today show and on K-Drive to mark Biodiversity Week.
A range of free events will be hosted across the county throughout the week by community groups, local experts and partner organisations.
