Henry is on the waiting list for 2 schools, and his family fear he may have to travel outside the catchment area for a place.
A Kildare mother says she cannot find a place at second level for her son.
Elaine Fagan, who lives in Sallins, ays Henry has not received an offer of a place, and she fears for the educational future of her two younger children.
Henry, during the first round of offers, was told that he was 190th on the waiting list for Naas Community College, and 90th for Naas CBS.
His mother says "many parents" got " multiple offers" at that time.
Henry has since moved up the waiting lists, but does not have an offer of a place.
An appeal to NCC, of over-subscription, was rejected for numerous reasons, including the timeline of submission of the appeal.
Elaine Fagan, speaking to Kildare Today, says her only option may be to go outside of the local catchment area.
She joined Eoin Beatty and Clem Ryan on Tuesday's edition of the programme
