The inspector found that there were established management structures in place

A Kildare centre for people with disabilities has been found to be compliant and partially substantially compliant following a recent HIQA inspection.

The inspection was carried out on the 19th of March this year.

Hollyoaks is a designated centre registered to provide full-time residential service for people over the age of 18 years with intellectual disability, autistic spectrum or mental health diagnoses.

In the report, it was noted that the inspector found that there were established management structures in place, with key roles clearly identified within the management team to oversee the operation of the centre.

The centre was found to be compliant across the board in terms of the persons in charge, staffing, notification of incidents Compliant, quality and safety and other aspects like communication, risk management and medicines and pharmaceutical services.

They were found to be substantially compliant for governance and management, as well as individual assessment and personal plans.

The full report can be viewed here.
