Kildare County Council has been conducting virtual inspections of privately rented accommodation.

Housing Minister, Darragh O'Brien, responding to Sinn Fein's Eoin O'Broin, says 1,400 virtual inspections were undertaken by councils in Kildare, Dublin and Monaghan last year, as part of a pilot project.
1,900 virtual inspections took place across Ireland in the first part of the year.
