The centre has also confirmed that full compliance will be achieved by 28 August.
A Kildare centre for people with disabilities has been found non-compliant for fire precautions.
KARE in Kildare was found to be non-compliant during an inspection carried out earlier this year by HIQA.
The report cited issues such as difficulty manoeuvring wheelchairs in a number of entry and exit key areas of the building and staffing during night time to adequately evacuate people from the building.
A recent fire drill reviewed by the inspector noted that one staff member could get the bed out of the building, however, could not get it to the fire assembly point.
The centre has confirmed that full compliance will be achieved by 28 August.
