The thefts occurred in Sallins, Leixlip and Maynooth Train Stations.
Gardaí in Kildare have noted a number of stolen bike and e-scooter incidents in train stations across the county recently.
The thefts occurred in Sallins, Leixlip and Maynooth Train Stations.
Firstly in Sallins, the injured party in this case locked her blue Suji racing bicycle at Sallins Train Station during the morning of 28 August.
Upon returning to collect the bike on the 30 August, it was noted the bike was gone and the lock remained at the scene broken.
In Maynooth, the victim locked his grey Trek bicycle at a bike rack on 28 August during the afternoon, on his return at 9pm that night, the bike and the lock had been taken.
In Leixlip, this victim left his black Pure Air 5 Pro locked at a bike rack at 9:40am on 26 August.
He returned at 8:22pm to find the e-scooter and lock both gone.

Speaking on Kildare Today, Naas Garda Sarah O' Sullivan gave this advice to avoid these situations happening:
"I've noted that these bikes were locked but not necessarily with a sturdy lock, so we recommend a chain or a U-lock, it makes life a lot harder for these thieves.
"Lock your bike tight to an immovable object, choose secure and well lit places for parking, note your serial number and clearly photograph it, and always report these thefts to An Garda Síochána."
Garda O' Sullivan said that they are working along with Irish Rail to investigate these thefts.
