Kildare Landlords Wont Lose Medical Cards When Renting Out A Room To A Student

Pensioners and tenants will be able to earn 14,000 euro from renting a room without fear of losing access to their medical card.

Those with medical cards no longer have to worry about losing them if they rent a room to a college student

The Government is set to extend the income threshold disregard for the Rent A Room scheme, which now also applies to local authority tenants.
