Twenty-two-year-old Michael Dunne appeared before Judge Andrew Coady at Tullamore District Court this evening.
A twenty-two-year-old man has been charged with criminal damage by arson as part of the investigation into an alleged firebomb attack in County Offaly last year.

He's also faced a second charge of endangerment.
This is the first person to be charged in relation to the investigation.
Four others arrested as part of the investigation and remain in garda custody.
Five people were arrested this week in relation to the deaths of 4-year-old Tadgh Farrell and his grand-aunt Mary Holt in Edenderry in December.
Judge Coady remanded Mr Dunne in custody to appear before the court again next Wednesday via video link.
