Kildare-Newbridge MD Decide Against Free Christmas Parking

Parking restrictions to remain during the festive period.

Kildare-Newbridge are latest Municipal District to decide against offering free parking in the run up to Christmas.

Naas is providing free parking at off street council owned car parks to encourage residents to shop this local during the festive period.

Motorist can avail of 2 hours of free parking in Celbridge-Leixlip, but current restrictions will remain in Clane-Maynooth.

Speaking on Kildare Today on FM, Fine Gael Councillor Mark Stafford explains the Kildare-Newbridge decision.
