Kildare Rents Hit €1,818 As Regional Prices Continue To Climb

Daft.ie's latest Rent Price Report shows rental prices rose by over 7% year on year outside of the capital.

There's no end in sight to rising rents, outside of Dublin at least.

Daft.ie's latest Rent Price Report shows rental prices rose by over 7% year on year outside of the capital.

In Kildare, average rent is €1,818 a month, marking 4.6% rise compared to the first three months of 2024.

Limerick was worst affected, seeing an increase of 17.5% since the same time last year, while in Waterford and Cork cities, the increases were 6.9%  and 8% respectively.
