The average rent for new tenancies in the county is €1,686 per month.
This represents a 0.5% increase in the final quarter of 2024 and a 2.3% rise year-on-year.
Wicklow is the second most expensive, with rents averaging €1,737 per month.
Dublin is the most expensive rental market, with rent costing €2,177 per month.
