Thea Von Engelbrechten was sued in April for using Sylvanian Families dolls in online videos without permission.
Epoch claims the videos, some of which reference drugs and violence, could harm its brand and mislead viewers into thinking they were endorsed by the company.
A U.S. court, according to the Irish Independent, has extended her deadline to respond to the lawsuit to August 8, with a pretrial conference set for August 14.
Epoch is seeking to stop the use of its dolls, citing copyright infringement and false endorsements.
It is also seeking damages.
