The Kildare-based creator of the SylvanianDrama TikTok account is in settlement talks with Japanese toy company Epoch, following a U.S. lawsuit over copyright infringement.

Epoch claims the videos, some of which reference drugs and violence, could harm its brand and mislead viewers into thinking they were endorsed by the company.
A U.S. court, according to the Irish Independent, has extended her deadline to respond to the lawsuit to August 8, with a pretrial conference set for August 14.
Epoch is seeking to stop the use of its dolls, citing copyright infringement and false endorsements.
It is also seeking damages.
