"I realise just how much I love my job, and with each year I've grown more confident in my role and in the support, I provide to my lovely clients. I always make a conscious effort to go into my clients with a positive attitude and a smile on my face, hoping to brighten their day in even a small way, and that’s something that really matters to me.
