Kildare's 14 Day Covid 19 Incidence Rate Has Increased, Sharply.

It has risen to 135.7 cases per 100,000 people.

Kildare's 14 day Covid 19 incidence rate has surged in recent days.

For the two weeks to July 7th, it was 93.5 cases per 100,000 people.

For the 14 days to yesterday, July 12th, the rate has risen to 135.7

302 people in the county were diagnosed with Covid 19 in that period.

Two thirds of those diagnoses, at 195, occured over the week to Monday.

Kildare's 5 day moving average of cases, between July 7th and 12th, is 29.

The state's 14 day incidence rate in that period is 145.6 cases per 100,000 people.
