Fianna Fáil Cllr Naoise O Cearuil, of the Clane Maynooth Municipal District and party mate, Fianna Fáil Cllr Carmel Kelly of the Naas MD, have been appointed, respectively, to the roles.
They vote took place at the Annual meeting of the County Council in Newbridge Town Hall this afternoon.
