L7008 In Ellistown Being Resurfaced With A Road Closure In Place.

Diversions are clearly signposted.

Road resurfacing works are being carried out on the L7008 Ellistown.

A road closure will be in place today and tomorrow, for the duration of the works.

Diversion routes are in place and are clearly signposted.

Kildare County Council has shared the following alternative routes:

Southbound Traffic, at the junction of the L7008/L7007 (Springfield Crossroads) head westbound to the Junction of the L7008/R414 (Tullylost Crossroads). At the junction turn left onto the R414 and head southbound to the junction of R414/L7012 (Ballykelly Crossroads). At the junction turn left onto theL7012 and head eastbound to the junction of L7012/L7011 (Crossmorris Crossroads) where the diversion ends.

Northbound Traffic, at the junction of the L7012/L7011 (Crossmorris Crossroads) travel on the L7012 in a westbound direction to the junction of L7012/R414 (Ballykelly Crossroads). At the junction turn right onto the R414 and head in a northbound direction to the junction of R414/L7008 (Tullylost Crossroads). At the junction turn right onto the L7008 and finish the diversion at the junction of L7008/L7007 (Springfield Crossroads)
