That's according to data published by the Commission for Regulation of Utilities.

Local households face water outages which last three times longer than the worst affected areas in the UK.

That's according to data published by the Commission for Regulation of Utilities.

It found the average length of time for water outages in 2023 in Ireland was 9 and a half hours, compared to the worst performing area in the UK, which was 3 hours.

The Commission's concerned over the stark contrast between the countries.
