Locals Encouraged To Join HeadsUp Kildare's Initiative For Mental Health

Locals are being urged to sign up to a programme to manage their mental health.

HeadsUp Kildare is hosting a six-week programme from the end of January to help people feeling isolated or disconnected.

Speaking on Kildare Today, Deirdre Bigley, a headsup team member, said people interested can contact her directly, with the programme set to take place in the Coill Dubh Community Centre.
